The accommodations at this resort were beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. The location of the resort was also ideal, with a stunning beach and a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to relax and unwind.
There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. The dining options at the resort were limited and the quality of the food was not up to par.

It is so beautiful. It is more beautifl than the pictures. Everything was great. The kitchen was great - our deck/patio was perfect. The inside and outside were so beautiful. The water in the lagoon was so clear and the individual cabanas were great. We did some cooking, bought our own wine and beer and ordered various meals that were served on our patio. A great time.
It was a bit isolated but that can be nice as well. Our only complaint was that the matress on the bed was worn out and made it uncomfortable.

Its location was close to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient. the room was fully equipped with everything that I needed.
There were a few negative aspects. the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong, which made it difficult to stay connected to work.

Excellent pools and beautiful rooms but the best thing about our stay was the half day trip we did with on-site business known as Sea Legs - they rent out snorkel gear and Booked.nets but we opted for an outing on their boat through the mangrove forests, into the towns just west of Parrot Tree for lunch, and out to some amazing spots for snorkeling such as around an old Spanish fort, a shipwreck, and some islands with amazing fish, coral, etc to see.
It's kind of far from other spots on the island, which is why our boat trip above was perfect for one of the three days we spent at Parrot Tree.

Since I was traveling for bussiness I did not have much time to enjoy the outside but the room was great!! Very confortable and has everything I needed. The jacuzzi was relaxing and conviniently available at night (since it was in my room). Staff was really kind and helpful.
I would have liked them to have bottled water in the rooms, that was the only thing for me that was missing.

The units were very nice and well equipped. The grounds were very well maintained. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The location was amazing and unique. The on-site resturants had good food and reasonable prices. Our servers were friendly and timely.
No on-site location to purchase small items like chips, a candy bar, sunscreen, can of pop. The area for the gift store/market was non operating. On-site activities center wasn't open during it's advertised hours and wasn't even open on Sunday and Monday. The biting Sand flys, had to apply bug repellant often. The hotel should have made us a ware of ther issue and have repellant available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The villa room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the beach right from our deck. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and lagoon, were well-maintained and perfect for swimming and diving. The location was peaceful and secure, offering a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also appreciated the full kitchen in our villa, which gave us the convenience of preparing our own meals.
For us, this hotel was ideal.
